The claims department provides customer service to dealers, customers, and potential customers. “We ensure that our customers’ calls will be answered in a timely manner, and they will be provided accurate information,” shares Bob Hesse, Director of Claims. “Our experienced claims adjusters field calls from repair facilities and guide them through the claim process.” After repairs are completed, the shop submits their repair order payment, and the payment department matches the amount and provides a credit card payment within hours.
At Axiom, our customers come first. It is important to ensure that our customers are well-informed about how contracts work and what steps to take when they call. We also make sure that our claims adjusters stay up to date on policies, procedures, new contracts, and warranties to correctly assist our customers. Bob adds to this by saying, “At the end of the day, it all comes down to treating your employees right. When someone enjoys what they do, they will provide the best service possible.”
