How Do I File a Claim?

Calling in an Axiom Claim

Make sure you have the following ready:

  1. Contract Number or Last 6 digits of the VIN
  2. Part Numbers with List Prices
  3. Labor Time
  4. Pictures (if calling in a Tire or Wheel Claim)

Claims Payment

Axiom Product Administration employs an industry-leading claims payment process to ensure that your dealership receives payment for authorized repairs in a timely matter. Upon completion of authorized repairs and securing all supporting documentation we can immediately pay your claim by virtual credit card or within two business days issue you a check.

Log into the Dealer page on axiomadmin.com (retrieve password by calling 844.252.0937 or emailing contact@axiomadmin.com). And download the Cancel and/or Transfer form. Please follow the instructions provided on each form to ensure the fastest processing of your request. Submit to contact@axiomadmin.com
