Find your Contract

To view your contract, download COVI in the App Store/Google Play for free. Create an account or Sign In. Select Products and the contract icon will populate a copy of your contract.
You can also call Axiom at 844.252.0937 to get copies of your contract.

Initiating a Claim

1. Take your vehicle to your selling dealership or a repair facility.
If returning to selling dealer is not possible, call Axiom at 844.252.0937 and we will refer you to an authorized repair location.

2. Obtain Authorization
Prior to any repair being made, contact us to obtain your authorization number. If an emergency occurs which requires a repair to be made when our office is closed, contact us during normal business hours immediately following the repair.

3. Authorize Teardown
You may need to authorize the repair facility to diagnose the vehicle to determine the cause of breakdown and if any parts will not be covered. You will be responsible for the cost of diagnosis if the diagnosis is not included in the covered repair. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before any repairs are performed.

4. Submit Repair Order for Payment
Once authorization is obtained and the repair is completed, all repair orders and documentation must be submitted to the administrator along with the claim authorization number within 60 days.

5. Roadside Assistance
In the event you need Roadside Assistance, call the roadside assistance provider identified on your agreement before using any services.

Calling in an Axiom Claim

Make sure you have the following ready:
1. Contract Number or Last 6 digits of the VIN
2. Part Numbers with List Prices
3. Labor Time
4. Pictures (if calling in a Tire or Wheel Claim)

Claims Payment

Axiom Product Administration employs an industry-leading claims payment process to ensure that your dealership receives payment for authorized repairs in a timely matter. Upon completion of authorized repairs and securing all supporting documentation we can immediately pay your claim by virtual credit card or within two business days issue you a check.
