Sales Support Coordinator

Forward-thinking, fast paced automotive products and technology company looking to hire a Sales Support position. The Sales Support position plays an essential role in all of the sales efforts related to agent and dealer relationships in conjunction with the sales team. In addition to providing ongoing product & service support, responsibilities include supply fulfillment, dealer training and help-desk functions, and other business-related services as requested.

Job Responsibilities/Tasks include:

  • Provide ongoing sales/administration support (via phone/fax/email) to agent, dealers, and Sales team.
  • Provide dealer product training as needed.
  • Fulfill orders for forms, brochures, and other marketing collateral
  • Process agent and dealer agreements and keep deal flow moving and organized.
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2+ years proven sales support experience
  • 2+ years proven experience in the automotive field is a plus
  • Advanced computer application skills (Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Adobe, etc.)
  • Excellent oral & written skills
  • highly organized and strong attention to detail is a must.

Marketing/Sales Intern

Forward-thinking, fast paced automotive products and technology company looking to hire a Marketing and Sales Intern. The role will play an active part in our sales and marketing activities. Working with creative and sales team on web and print materials (Adobe Creative Suite), as well as support roles including gathering marketing materials for pitch kits, mailings and additional collateral as assigned.

Job Responsibilities/Tasks include:

  • Presentation preparation
  • Collateral preparation
  • Print/Digital design
  • Participating in email/direct mail campaigns
  • Tradeshow/event preparation
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration.
  • Super organized and detail focused.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft applications and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Some Proficiency in web & digital applications.
  • Position is located onsite
  • Part-time, willing to be flexible around school classes/hours
  • 1+years of experience in corporate marketing environment preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree/working toward a degree in Marketing/Business/Web/Graphic Design
  • A background in the automotive industry is preferred but not required

This is a flexible, part-time position, with the potential to become a full-time opportunity in a work environment that is both positive and growth oriented. Our office is currently located in New Melle and will be moved to O’Fallon, MO in fall of 2018. Candidate must be St. Louis based and willing to work in-office. Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour.
